摘要
随着科学技术的不断发展,生物技术也呈现出多样化,在越来越多的领域都涉及到生物技术的应用,其已经成为一项重要的科学技术。本研究就先对几类现代生物技术进行简单介绍,再对现代生物技术在食品检测领域中的应用进行探讨,以促进生物检测技术在食品检测领域中的应用,保障食品检测准确性。
With the continuous development of science and technology, biotechnology has also shown variety, in more and more fields are related to the application of biotechnology, has become an important science and technology. This study is the first of several kinds of modern biological technology are introduced, and then discusses the application of modern biotechnology in food field, in order to promote the application of biological detection technology in food field, food security detection accuracy.
