当前市场上各种咖啡乳饮料得到广大消费者的喜爱,咖啡乳饮料不仅具有良好的风味和气味,还具有丰富的营养。在生产储存咖啡乳饮料过程中需要面对一个问题就是其稳定性,因为咖啡乳饮料稳定性容易受到多种因素影响,一旦其稳定性被破坏,风味和营养价值都会出现改变,直接影响到消费者的使用体验。增稠剂对咖啡乳饮料的稳定性具有严重影响,本文分析了当前咖啡乳饮料的生产现状以及相关问题,在此基础上进一步分析了不同增稠剂对咖啡乳饮料的稳定性影响。
