摘要
冷杀菌即非加热杀菌,无需对物料加热,利用其他灭菌机理杀灭微生物。冷杀菌相对传统的热力杀菌、低温杀菌和化学杀菌具有独特优势。本文总结几种常见的杀菌方法的作用机理及应用。
Cold sterilization is non-heating sterilization, no need to heat the material, the use of other sterilization mechanism to kill microorganisms. Cold sterilization has a unique advantage over traditional heat sterilization, low temperature sterilization and chemical sterilization. This paper summarizes the mechanism and application of several common methods of sterilization.
