当今社会不断发展,人们的生活水平有了很大改善,在饮食方面人们有了更高的追求。饮食的绿色程度、营养度、安全性以及便捷化引起人们的重视。微波技术属于新兴技术中的一类,食品加工过程中运用愈加普遍,例如食品的解冻、焙烤、杀菌、烹调、膨化和加热等。换个角度来说,微波技术对食品工业的发展起到了巨大的促进作用。面对严格质量的、高价值的、低热传导率的以及传统工艺要求,难以解决食品物料时微波技术显得尤为重要。
