摘要
采用微波消解法对奶粉标准物质及实际样品前处理。利用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪ICP-MS测定样品中金属元素锰、锌、钡的含量。结果表明,各金属元素的加标回收率分别在88.9%~96.9%,测定值均在证书值范围内,有较好的精密度和准确度。
The microwave digestion method was used to pretreat the milk powder standard substance and the actual sample. The contents of manganese, zinc and barium in the samples were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry ICP-MS. The results showed that the recoveries of the metal elements were 88.9%~96.9%, and the measured values were within the range of the certificate value, and the precision and accuracy were better.
