摘要
二氯二甲吡啶酚是一种抗球虫药物,被广泛用于禽类动物的饲养过程中。对人体的免疫系统有慢性损害,因此各国对该化合物在禽肉中的残留限量有严格的规定,大多数国家规定禽肉中二氯二甲基吡啶酚的残留限量是5μg/kg。本文改进现有的检测方法,用甲醇提取禽肉中的二氯二甲吡啶酚、氧化铝固相萃取柱净化、丙酸酐衍生化、正己烷提取进样、气相色谱仪配HP-5石英毛细管气相色谱柱、ECD检测器测定,能更方便、快速和准确的测定禽肉中二氯二甲吡啶酚的含量。实验结果表明,该方法具有良好的线性响应,相关系数在0.995 0~1.000,最低检出限为0.002 mg/kg,加标回收率在92%~102%。
Dichlorodimethylpyridine phenol is an anti-coccidiosis drug that is widely used in poultry breeding. The immune system of the human body has chronic damage, so the state of the compound in the poultry meat residue limit has strict rules, most countries require poultry meat dichlorochloropyridine residual limit is 5 μg/kg. In this paper, the existing methods of detection, extraction of methanol in poultry meat dichlorodimethylpyridine phenol, alumina solid phase extraction column purification, propionic anhydride derivatization, n-hexane extraction injection, gas chromatography with HP-5 quartz capillary Gas chromatography column, ECD detector determination, can more convenient, fast and accurate determination of poultry meat dichloropyridinol content. The results showed that the method had good linear response, the correlation coefficient ranged from 0.995 0 to 1.000, the detection limit was 0.002 mg/kg, and the recoveries were 92%~102%.
