摘要
建立了气相色谱法多组分分离条件,同时测定乳粉中的亚油酸,α-亚麻酸、ARA和DHA含量的方法。优化色谱条件,结果表明,37种脂肪酸均能在PC-2560(100 m×250μm×0.20μm)毛细管柱上得到很好的分离。方法的线性范围:亚油酸为40.0~800 g/L,α-亚麻酸为40.0~800 g/L,ARA为5.00~100 g/L,DHA为5.00~100 g/L;方法检出限为0.20~0.29 mg/100g;加标回收率为90.5%~102%;相对标准偏差为1.04%~2.57%;该方法简便、快速、准确、重现性好、适用于实际批量检测工作。
A method for the determination of linoleic acid, α-linolenic acid, ARA and DHA in milk powder was established by gas chromatographic method. The results showed that 37 fatty acids could be well separated on PC-2560(100 m×250 μm×0.20 μm) capillary column. The linear range of the method is 40.0~800 g/L for linoleic acid, 40.0~800 g/L for a-linolenic acid, 5.00 to 100 g/L for DHA and 5.00 to 100 g/L for the method The relative standard deviation is 1.04%~2.57%. The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible, and it is suitable for practical application. The detection limit is 0.20~0.29 mg/100 g, the recoveries are 90.5%~102% Batch inspection work.
