摘要
建立了Turboflow在线净化-液相色谱-电喷雾串联质谱同时测定豆芽中吲哚乙酸、吲哚丁酸、对氯苯氧乙酸、2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸、2,4-滴丙酸、2,4-滴丁酸、2-甲基-4-氯苯氧乙酸、2-甲基-4-氯苯氧丙酸、2-甲基-4-氯苯氧丁酸、2,4,5-滴丙酸和2,4,5-三氯苯氧乙酸11种植物生长调节剂残留量的方法。样品经甲酸酸化、乙腈提取,将提取液浓缩后用乙腈定容,供在线净化-液相色谱-串联质谱测定。色谱分离以乙腈-0.1%(V∶V)的甲酸水溶液作为流动相梯度洗脱,通过C_(18)色谱柱分离;电喷雾电离,吲哚乙酸、吲哚丁酸采用正离子模式,二级特征离子定性,其余几种采用负离子模式,以同位素二级特征离子定性和外标法定量。结果表明11种待测物在0.01~0.10μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,平均添加回收率为70.6%~110%,相对标准偏差为3.3%~16.8%。本方法具有操作简单、快捷和灵敏度高等优点,适用于豆芽中植物生长调节剂残留量的定量检测。

The chromatographic separation was carried out using a solution of acetonitrile-0.1%(V: V) formic acid as a mobile phase gradient, separated by C_(18) column chromatography; electrospray ionization, indole acetic acid, indole butyric acid using positive ion mode, secondary characteristic ion qualitative, The rest of the use of negative ion mode, the isotope secondary characteristic ion qualitative and external standard method quantitative. The results showed that the linearity of the eleven analytes was 0.01~0.10 μg/mL, and the average recoveries were 70.6%~110% and the relative standard deviations were 3.3%~16.8%. The method has the advantages of simple operation, fastness and high sensitivity, and is suitable for the quantitative detection of plant growth regulator residues in bean sprouts.
