摘要 随着我国经济的发展,人们的生活质量迅速提升。在此背景下,人们特别重视食品卫生方面的问题。近些年,一些食品安全事件的发生,导致食品安全无法得到保障。因此,本文首先对食品监测的相关概念进行阐述,然后详细分析食品监测中理化检验方面的质量控制因素,从而提出提高食品监测中理化检验质量的有效措施。 With the growth of our national economy, people's quality of life increases rapidly. Based on the background, people pay special attention to the problems of food hygiene. In recent years, some food safety incidents have led to food safety that cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, in this paper the concepts related to food monitoring were discussed, and then a the quality control factors of food physical and chemical examination in monitoring aspects are analyzed detailedly, and put forward effective measures to enhance physical and chemical inspection of food quality.
