摘要 随着人们生活水平的不断提高,我国食品包装行业也在迅速发展。因为食品包装会接触到食品,所以,食品包装的安全性引起了人们的重视。世界上很多国家都对食品包装安全制定了相对较为完善的管理机制,对保障消费者的安全十分有益。但是,我国还未制定出较为完善的管理机制,对于食品安全市场的监管极为不利。基于此,本文就我国食品包装安全性的现状、食品包装材料类型及相应的安全对策展开分析。 With the continuous improvement of people's living standards, the food packaging industry in China is also developing rapidly. Because the food packaging will come into contact with food, so the safety of food packaging has aroused people's attention. Many countries in the world have made a relatively perfect management mechanism for the safety of food packaging, which is very beneficial to the safety of consumers. However, China has not yet formulated a relatively sound management mechanism, which is extremely harmful to the regulation of the food safety market. Based on this, this paper analyzed the current situation of food packaging safety, the types of food packaging materials and the corresponding safety countermeasures.
