2017年上半年东阳市食品安全状况分析

摘要 为了解和掌握2017年上半年浙江省东阳市抽检食品合规情况,为政府部门加强食品安全监管提供科学依据。从全市随机抽取样品,采用东阳市食品药品检验检测中心现有仪器设备,在认证范围内,依据国家及行业相关食品检验标准对样品进行评价。结果表明,共检测13类食品共362批,总合格率为79.3%。这说明东阳市食品安全状况总体良好,但应重点加强对餐饮环节的监督管理,以保证百姓饮食安全。 In order to understand and grasp the first half of 2017 Dongyang city of Zhejiang province food sampling compliance, provide a scientific basis for the government to strengthen food safety supervision. Samples were randomly selected from Dongyang city, and the existing instruments and equipments of Dongyang center for food and drug control were adopted. The samples were evaluated according to the relevant national and industrial food inspection standards in the scope of certification. The results showed that thirteen kinds of food were detected in 362 batches, and the total qualification rate was 79.3%, which shows that the overall situation of food safety in Dongyang city is good, but should focus on strengthening the supervision and management of the catering sector, in order to ensure the safety of the people's diet.
