摘要
通过直接压片工艺生产玛咖无糖型压片糖果,并对含片的配方和一些影响产品质量的工艺及参数进行研究。结果表明,以玛咖粉为原料,以颗粒型异麦芽酮糖醇为主要成型辅料,以甜菊糖苷为天然甜味剂,可制得风味、口感良好以及硬度适中的玛咖无糖型压片糖果。
Through the direct compression process, Maca sugar free tablet candy was prepared, and the formulation of the lozenge and some parameters affecting the quality of the product were studied. The results show that using Maca powder as raw material, the particle type isomalt is the main molding materials, the natural sweetener stevioside is prepared, flavor, good taste, moderate hardness of Maca sugar free tablet candy.
