摘要
本文主要介绍在食品添加剂和非法添加物检测前处理过程中所应用的技术。目前国标中主要采用超声波辅助提取技术、固相萃取技术、液液萃取技术、凝胶色谱净化技术和微波消解技术等。新型的前处理技术有分散液液萃取技术和QuEChERS技术等。如何开发出操作简便、溶剂用量少、回收率稳定、自动化程度高的前处理技术将会是未来发展的方向。
This paper introduced the techniques used in the pre-treatment of food additives and illegal additives. At present the national standard method mainly uses ultrasonic assisted extraction technology, solid phase extraction technology, liquid liquid extraction technology, gel chromatography purification technology and microwave digestion technology. The new pretreatment technology has decentralized liquid extraction technology and QuEChERS technology. How to develop a simple operation, the amount of solvent used, the recovery rate is stable, high degree of automation of the pre-treatment technology will be the future direction of development.
