摘要 食品检验技术作为食品质量与安全检测的重要手段,在公众的健康和日常生活领域发挥着不可替代的作用。尤其近年来,食品安全问题逐渐成为媒体及大众关注的焦点,对食品检验技术相关方面的分析更具有现实意义。本文将从食品检验技术入手,通过探讨现阶段食品检验技术存在的共性问题,以为增强食品检验的科学性及规范性提供有力的依据。 As an important means of food quality and safety inspection, food inspection technology plays an irreplaceable role in public health and daily life. Especially in recent years, food safety has gradually become the focus of attention of the media and the public, and the analysis of food inspection technology has more practical significance. This paper will proceed from the food inspection technology, and discussed the common problems existing in the food inspection technology at this stage, so as to provide a strong basis for improving the scientific and normative of food inspection.
