高校食堂卫生安全管理现状、问题及对策研究

The Present Situation, Problems and Countermeasures of Health and Safety Management in College Canteen

高校食堂卫生安全管理是高校后勤管理的重要内容之一,层出不穷的高校食堂卫生安全事件在一定程度上反映了当代高校后勤管理的弊端。本文从高校食堂卫生安全管理的现状入手,分析我国高校食堂卫生安全管理存在的主要问题,并提出相应的解决对策,希望对解决高校食堂卫生安全隐患、提升高校食堂卫生安全管理水平有所裨益。

The hygienic safety management of university canteen is one of the important contents of university logistics management, the endless emergence of sanitary safety incidents in college canteens reflects the disadvantages of logistics management in colleges and universities to a certain extent. This paper began with the present situation of hygienic safety management in college canteens, analyzed the main problems of China's college canteen hygiene and safety management, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures. Hope that it can solve the hidden dangers of hygiene and safety in college canteens and improve the management level of hygiene and safety in college canteens.
