高校餐饮存在的问题及应对措施

近年来,由于我国食品安全方面问题多次发生,我国人民的健康以及国家经济发展都受到很大的影响。食品安全问题是我国民生关注的一大热点话题。伴随着高校后勤社会化改革,高校食堂的经营理念也发生了改变,高校餐饮食品安全这一问题更加值得关注。高校餐饮食品的安全与否直接关系校园内部是否稳定,也影响学校的教学工作与管理工作的稳定与和谐。因此,高校餐饮安全十分重要。鉴于此,本文着重阐明高校餐饮存在的问题,并提出相应的解决措施,以期促进高校餐饮安全发展。

The food safety problem is a hot topic in China. People's livelihood concerns with the university logistics reform and the college canteen management have changed. The problem of food safety in universities is more worthy of attention. Food safety is directly related to the university campus is stable, it is related to each student's health and life safety, but also affects the stability and harmony of the teaching work and management work of the school. Therefore the food safety is certain importance. In view of this, this paper focuses on the university dining problems, and put forward the corresponding solutions, in order to promote the development of university dining safety.
