摘要
某袋装仓库,根据建设单位使用需求,加建一层钢筋混凝土框架结构。受建设时期历史条件限制,原建筑物的材料、技术及抗震设计要求等均不满足使用需要和安全使用要求。现根据前期各项设计资料及技术要求,开展加固改造设计工作。在严格遵守国家现行规范要求的同时,紧密结合工程实际情况,灵活采取多样的加固方法,在加强结构承载能力的同时,考虑施工的便捷,以期能为建设单位赢得较好的经济效益。
