湛江某医院护士的“膳食宝塔”知信行调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of KAP about “Dietary Pagoda” of Nurses in A Hospital of Zhanjiang

目的:调查湛江某医院护士膳食宝塔的知晓情况,并进行知、信、行分析,为该医院护士的有关膳食宝塔及营养知识的教育提供依据。方法:采用自编的KAP调查问卷,随机抽取湛江某医院120名护士,以问卷形式进行调查,用SPSS统计软件进行数据处理。结果:调查问卷有效数为104份,膳食宝塔营养知识得分为(54.33±13.44)分,其中学历(P<0.05)是其主要的影响因素;营养态度得分为(44.86±6.81)分;营养行为得分为(53.27±11.24)分,年龄(P<0.05)是其主要的影响因素。从知、信、行三者的关系来看,知识与行为呈现一定的正相关关系(R=0.418)。结论:该医院护士的营养知识相对缺乏,但营养态度很好,因此应加强对该医院护士的有关膳食宝塔及营养知识的教育。

Objective: To investigate the knowledge of the dietary pagoda of the nurses in a hospital of Zhanjiang and to carry out the analysis of Knowledge,Attitude and Practice so as to provide the basis of enhancing nutrition knowledge education for nurses. Method: Use the self-compiled KAP questionnaire,randomly select 120 nurses from a hospital of Zhanjiang to carry out the survey by questionnaire,and use SPSS statistical software to process data. Result: 104 questionnaires were valid,and the nutritional knowledge score of the dietary pagoda was(54.33±13.44),among which education background(P < 0.05) was the main influencing factor; the score of nutrition attitude was(44.86±6.81); the score of nutrition practice was(53.27±11.24),age(P<0.05) was the main influencing factor. From the relationship between knowledge,attitude and practice,the relationship between knowledge and attitude is positively correlated(R=0.418). Conclusion: The nutrition knowledge of t he nurses in that hospital is relatively lacking,but the nutrition attitude is very good,therefore the education of the dietary pagoda and nutrition knowledge for the nurses in that hospital should be enhanced.
