摘要 随着信息传播速度加快,很多国家文化交流的速度也不断加快。中国是饮食大国,中式烹饪技术受到了各个国家的青睐,但同时也带来了众多的食品安全问题。原材料的安全、烹饪过程加热时间和温度高低的掌控,以及由于食品添加剂所导致的食品安全问题逐渐出现在人们的生活中。过去的几年中,因为食品发生的中毒事件时有发生,这也严重影响人们的生活和身体健康。为了使人们的饮食安全得到保障,必须严格控制烹饪过程中的每一个环节,有效避免食品事故发生。 With the speed of information dissemination,the speed of guidance of many countries' cultural exchanges is also accelerating. China is a big food country,Chinese cooking technology received favors from various countries,but at the same time also brought a lot of food safety issues. The safety of raw materials,the heating process of cooking time and the control of the temperature,and also the food safety problems caused by food additives gradually appear in people's lives. Over the past few years,because of food poisoning incidents have occurred,which also seriously affected people's lives and health. In order to be able to obtain security in people diet,it is necessary to strictly control the cooking process of every link,effectively avoid the occurrence of food accidents.
