摘要 面粉,是我国国民最喜爱的食物之一,以面粉为原料创造出来的饺子、面条、包子、馒头等面食都深受国内外食用者的喜爱。从2002年开始,我国的面粉加工行业在逐步升级,面粉加工机器、设备也在逐渐更新换代。但在高速度发展的背后,我国的面粉在总质量、加工条件、国家管理及企业安全意识方面仍存在一些问题。本文主要通过论述现阶段我国面粉加工存在的主要问题,并分析原因,以寻找提高面粉质量的方法。 Flour is one of the favorite foods of our country,and the dumpling,noodles,steamed buns and steamed buns made from flour are popular with people both at home and abroad. Since 2002,the flour processing industry in our country has been gradually upgrading,flour processing machinery,equipment is also gradually upgrading. But behind the development of high speed,the flour in our country still has some problems in terms of total quality,processing condition,state management and enterprise security consciousness. This paper mainly discussed the main problems of flour plus quality in China,analyzed the reasons in the problem,and seeks measures and methods to improve flour quality.
