食品冷链物流视角下的食品安全管理策略

Food Safety Management Strategy from the Perspective of Food Cold Chain Logistics

我国是食品消费大国,但食品安全现状却令人担忧,解决食品安全问题迫在眉睫。本文通过对国内食品冷链物流的现状进行分析,指出我国冷链物流存在的问题。并针对这些问题从方法、技术和管理等方面提出我国冷链物流进一步发展的有关对策,以满足消费者对冷链食品数量和质量两方面的要求。

China is a big country for food consumption,but the status of food safety is worrying,and it is urgent to solve the problem of food safety. This paper analyzed the present situation of domestic food cold chain logistics,and pointed out the existing problems of cold chain logistics in our country. In view of these problems,some countermeasures to develop our cold chain logistics are put forward from the aspects of methods,techniques and management so as to meet the needs of consumers for the quantity and quality of cold chain food.
