摘要
目的:本文以莲子为研究对象,单因素分析以寻找最适合莲子中黄曲霉毒素去除的方法。方法:根据黄曲霉素的特性,采用不同介质溶液对莲子进行清洗,通过高效液相法精确测定黄曲霉毒素清洗前后总量的变化,筛选并确定最佳清洗方法。结果:1%碳酸氢铵溶液+2%~5%氨水清洗莲子,黄曲霉毒素下降趋势明显,去除率可达90%以上。
Objective: Based on the lotus seed as the research object,single factor analysis to find the most suitable for aflatoxin in lotus seed removal method. Methods: According to the characteristics of aflatoxin,using different media solution for cleaning,lotus seed by high performance liquid precise determination of aflatoxin cleaning before and after the change of the total,screening and the optimum cleaning methods. Results: 1% of ammonium bicarbonate solution +2% ~ 5% ammonia cleaning lotus seed,the yellow aspergillus toxin drop trend obviously,the removal rate can reach more than 90%.
