摘要 畜产食品工艺学是食品科学领域较为重要的基础学科,在理论教学和生产实践中起着非常重要的作用。如何在教学过程中激发学生兴趣,提高教学质量,扩大学科影响力是教师教育教学过程中不可回避也必须要回答好的问题。本文从教学内容、教学方式、教学效果等方面出发进行分析与研究,注重总结多元化教学中的普遍规律,努力为畜产食品工艺学教学质量提高探索出有价值的手段和方法。 Livestock and poultry food technology is the most important basic disciplines of the field of food science, plays a very important role in teaching the theory and practice. How to stimulate students' interest in the teaching process, improving teaching quality, expand the influence of discipline is unavoidable in teacher education in the teaching process, must answer the problem. This paper teaching from the teaching content, teaching mode, the effect of the in-depth analysis and research, pay attention to summing up the general rules of diversified teaching in the effort for animal food technology to improve the quality of teaching to explore means and methods of value.
