我国食品第三方检测机构的现状与发展趋势

The Present Situation and Development Trend of China's Food Third-Party Testing Institution

食品安全是当前人民群众最为关心的问题,随着社会和技术的发展,一些第三方食品检测机构正在为食品安全保驾护航。目前,我国食品第三方检测机构在数量上较多,但鱼龙混杂现象是存在的,这就使食品的安全性检测又一次受到挑战。本文主要阐述我国目前食品第三方检测机构的现状,同时也对食品第三方检测机构的发展趋势进行分析。

Food safety is the most important concern of the current people. With the development of society and technology, some third-party food testing organizations are doing something to ensure the food safety. At present, China's food third-party testing institutions are more numerous, but the situation of the food testing is mingling, which makes the safety detection of food challenged. This paper mainly expounded the current situation of food third-party testing institutions in China, and analyzed the development trend of food third-party testing institutions.
