摘要 碳纳米管(carbon nanotubes,CNT)是一种结构与性质非常独特的新型材料。在食品检测领域碳纳米管的应用非常广泛。本文主要研究碳纳米管改性在农药、兽药、重金属、食品添加剂、转基因等成分检测中的应用,并对碳纳米管改性在食品检测领域的发展方向进行展望。 Carbon nanotubes(CNT) are novel materials with very different structures and properties. The application of carbon nanotubes in the field of food testing is very extensive. In this paper, the application of carbon nanotubes modified in pesticide, veterinary drugs, heavy metals, food additives, transgenic and other components were studied, and the development direction of carbon nanotubes in food inspection was also discussed.
