摘要
本文首先分析食品检验检测的现状,并从食品检验检测机构的建设、食品检验检测人员综合素质的提高、食品检验检测频率的加大以及食品检验检测信息分享平台的创建4个方面对如何提高食品检验检测能力做一定探讨,为确保食品安全提供保障。
This paper first analyzed the present situation of food inspection and testing. In order to ensure food safety for a certain security, discussed how to improve the ability to do the food inspection detection. The discussion is build around the following four aspect: the construction of the food inspection agencies, food inspection personnel for the improvement of comprehensive quality, the increase of food inspection frequency and construction of the food inspection detection information sharing platform.
