摘要
伴随着社会经济的不断发展,食品安全问题备受关注,其与人们的实际生活息息相关,也决定着人们的生命健康指数。而今,三鹿奶粉、瘦肉精、地沟油、皮革奶等食品安全事件的发生,致使人们对食品生产企业产生了质疑,造成了严重的社会恐慌。对此,应从食品质量安全管理方面出发,重视对食品供应链的控制与管理,以消除食品安全风险,打造和谐、健康的社会环境。对此,本文就基于供应链的食品质量安全管理展开分析与研究,旨在为后续食品质量安全管理工作的实施提出建议。
With the continuous development of social economy, food safety issues have attracted much attention, and it is closely related to people's real life, but also determines the people's health index. Now, the sanlu milk powder, lean meat, waste oil, leather milk and other food safety incidents, resulting in people's food production enterprises questioned, causing serious social panic. In order to alleviate this situation, we should pay attention to the control and management of the food supply chain from the aspects of food quality and safety management, so as to eliminate the risk of food safety and create a harmonious and healthy social environment. In this regard, this paper analyzed and studied the food quality and safety management based on supply chain, which aims at providing recommendations for the implementation of quality and safety management of food.
