摘要 针对人们对食品安全知识的需求,利用泛在学习理念进行食品类科普性微课程设计。以食品安全与选购为例,对微课程设计的依据、微课的开发与教学设计进行探讨,以期为微课在大众学习中的应用提供一定的理论及实践依据。 In view of the demand for food safety knowledge, the use of ubiquitous learning concept for food science popular micro curriculum was designed. Taking food safety and purchase as an example, the basis of micro course design, the development of micro class and the design of teaching were discussed. It provides a certain theoretical and practical basis for the application of micro class in public learning.
