摘要
食物是人类生存发展必不可少的外界支持条件,而食品的安全是其重要内容之一,关系人们的生活质量与身体健康,食品安全的重要性可想而知。食品安全检测主要对其中的添加剂进行检测,需要利用现代化科学仪器与分析手段,提升食品添加剂检测水平。本文通过具体分析各种现代化技术在食品添加剂检测方面的应用,涉及前处理技术与检测技术两个主要的方面,具有一定的指导意义。
Food is the essential external support condition for human survival and development, and food safety is one of its important contents, which is related to people's quality of life and health. Therefore, the importance of food safety can be imagined. Food safety testing is mainly about the detection of additives. We need to use modern scientific instruments and analytical methods to improve the level of food additives detection. In this paper, the author analyzed the application of various modern technologies in food additives testing, including two aspects of pretreatment technology and detection technology, and has some guiding significance for the application of modern technology in food additives detection.
