摘要
目的:了解南宁市高校大学生喜食螺蛳粉的情况,为进一步探讨喜食的因素奠定调查基础数据。方法:采用分层随机抽样及问卷调查的方法调查南宁市高校大学生喜食螺蛳粉的情况,分析喜食螺蛳粉与否与性别和籍贯的关系。结果:调查南宁市四所大学大学生310名,男生147人(47.42%),女生163人(52.58%);广西籍的有255人(82.08%),非广西籍55人(17.74%);其中喜欢及非常喜欢吃螺蛳粉的有158人(50.97%),不喜欢的有152人(49.03%)。结论:南宁市约一半在校大学生喜食螺蛳粉,不同性别和籍贯的学生喜食螺蛳粉情况没有不同。
Objective: To study the status of college students liking eating the river snails rice noodle and make the foundation for further research on the reasons why they like it. Methods: The stratified random sampling and questionnaires were used to investigate the status of college students eating the river snails rice noodle. Results: 310 students were investigated in four universities of Nanning city, with 147(47.42%) male and 163(52.58%) female; 255(82.08%) are birth in Guangxi and the other 55(17.74%) students are not. 158(50.97%) college students like eating river snails rice noodle, while 152(49.03%) are not. Conclusion: About half the college students like eating the river snails rice noodle, and that is no difference in different sexual and birthplace students.
