摘要
本研究的乳酸菌饮料主要指的是鲜牛奶在经过发酵、调配和灭菌之后制成的饮料。该种饮料主要是按照普通灌装或者无菌灌装方式灌装。本文主要探讨分析常温乳酸菌饮料生产的技术工艺,希望可以为乳酸菌饮料的生产提供参考。
The lactic acid drink mainly refers to the beverage made from fresh milk after fermentation, blending and sterilization. The beverage is mainly filled with ordinary filling or aseptic filling method. This paper mainly discussed the production technology of lactobacillus beverage at room temperature, hoping to provide reference value for the production of lactic acid bacteria beverage.
