摘要
用Waters 1525高效液相色谱仪、2475荧光检测器测定辣椒粉中的罗丹明B染料的残留量。样品用甲醇-水(7+3)混合溶剂提取,C18色谱柱为分离柱,甲醇和水为流动相,罗丹明B残留量在5~100μg/L与其峰面积呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为5μg/kg。以辣椒粉为样品加入罗丹明B做加标回收试验,测得回收率在85%~99%,相对标准偏差(n=6)在0.6%~1.5%。该方法操作简单,结果准确,重现性好。
The Waters 1525 HPLC, 2475 fluorescence detector measuring the residual amount of chili powder rhodamine B dye. Samples(7+3) mixed solvent extraction with methanol-water, C18 column was separation column, methanol and water as the mobile phase, rhodamine B residual amount within 5 ~ 100 μg/L range and the peak area was linear detection limit(3 S/N) of 5 μg/kg. Chili powder added to the sample of Rhodamine B do spiked recovery test, the recovery was 85% ~ 99%, relative standard deviation(n=6) 0.6% ~ 1.5%. The method is simple, accurate, and reproducible.
