摘要
目的:比较研究液质联用与气质联用测定水产品中雌二醇残留结果差异。方法:液质联用法,样品中的雌二醇经过酶解后,采用甲醇超声提取,再经过固相萃取净化,最后采用液质联用法测定,内标法定量;气质联用法,酸性条件下,以乙腈提取雌二醇,采用正己烷进行脱脂,经C18固相萃取净化,再进行衍生化后采用气质联用法测定,内标法定量。比较两种方法的测定结果。结果:液质联用法对样品的分析步骤较少,测定雌二醇的准确性更高。结论:液质联用检测法相比较气质联用在水产品质量检测中有很好的应用价值。
Objective: To compare the differences of estradiol residues in aquatic products by the combination of fluid and temperament. Methods: LC-MS, the estradiol in the sample was extracted by ultrasonic extraction with methanol and then purified by solid phase extraction. Finally, the method was determined by LC-MS, internal standard method for quantification; GC-MS, under acidic conditions, estradiol was extracted with acetonitrile, defatted with n-hexane, purified by C18 solid phase extraction, and then derivatized, and determined by GC-MS, nternal standard method for quantification. Compared the results of two methods. Results: The use of liquid mass was less analytical in the sample, and the accuracy of estradiol was higher. Conclusion: Fluid quality combined with detection method is of great value in quality testing of aquatic products.
