摘要
本文通过对姜黄素中各组分的分析,探讨姜黄素的提取与精制工艺,姜黄素的提取工艺包括醇提取法、超临界二氧化碳萃取法等,精制工艺包括吸附法、活性炭层析法等,并进行相关的实验测试,以提升提取及精制工艺水平。
Based on the analysis of curcumin components in the process of extraction and purification of curcumin, curcumin extraction process includes alcohol extraction, supercritical CO2 extraction and refining process includes adsorption, activated charcoal chromatography, the experiments are done, in order to improve the extraction and purification technology level.
