The Present Situation and Development Trend of China's Food Third-party Testing Institution

随着公众对食品安全问题的日渐关注,建立客观、公正、权威、高效的第三方食品检验检测机构已成为社会的共同迫切需求。本文以第三方食品检验机构为探讨对象,论述第三方食品检验检测机构的现状,同时提出了我国第三方食品检验检测机构发展的对策。

With the public’s increasing attention to food safety issues, it has become a common and urgent need to build an objective, fair, authoritative and efficient food third-party testing institution. Based on this, this paper takes the food third-party inspection institutions as the research object, expounds the current situation of third-party food testing institutions, and puts forward countermeasures for the development of food third-party testing institutions in China.
