摘要
化学课程属于基础学科,具有极为关键的作用。化学也是中职院校中开设的基础学科,对学生进行食品安全教育,能够提升学生对化学知识的应用实践能力,对食品安全知识的客观认知。
Chemistry course is a basic form of discipline, which plays a crucial role. Chemistry is also a basic subject in secondary vocational colleges. To educate students about food safety improve students’ ability to apply chemical knowledge, enhance students’ objective knowledge of food safety.
