摘要
啤酒是人们日常生活中必不可少的饮料之一,随着科技的发展和经济的发展,人们对于啤酒的口感和质量要求也在不断提高。在啤酒酿造过程中,微生物会对啤酒的质量产生非常大的影响,因此,做好对啤酒酿造中微生物的控制可以有效提高啤酒酿造的质量和效率,同时减少有害微生物的出现,酿造出能够满足人们口味的啤酒。基于此,本文针对啤酒酿造过程中微生物控制问题进行分析。
Beer is one of the necessary drinks in people’s daily life. With the development of science and technology and economy, people’s requirements for the taste and quality of beer are constantly improving. In the process of beer brewing, microorganisms have a great impact on the quality of beer, the controlof microorganisms in beer brewing can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of beer brewing, while reducing the emergence of harmful microorganisms, and produce beer that can satisfy people’s taste. This articleanalyze the problem of microbial control in beer brewing process.
