Discussion on Food Safety Problems and Food Inspection

食品安全关系百姓民生,每一个食品生产经营者必须从职业道德和法律层面给予重视。但食品安全问题频发,仍是一个严重的问题,需要引起社会各方面的重视。本文主要探讨了我国食品安全问题,介绍了常见的食品检测技术和食品检测中存在的问题,对加强食品检测进行了研究。

Food safety is related to people’s livelihood,and every food producer must pay attention to it from the aspects of professional ethics and law.However,the frequent occurrence of food safety is still a serious problem,which needs attention from all aspects of society.This paper mainly discusses the problems of food safety in our country,introduces the common food detection technology and the existing problems in food detection,and studies the strengthening of food detection.
