摘要
大枣含有多种有益身体健康的营养元素,大枣中的大枣多糖具有抗氧化活性,具有重要的药用价值。本文以灵宝大枣为研究对象,分别进行多糖提取、多糖含量测定以及多糖抗氧化活性研究。研究结果表明大枣多糖对DPPH·、羟基自由基以及超氧阴离子都有很强的消除能力。
Jujube(Zizyphus jujube) contains many kinds of nutritious elements which are beneficial to health,especially the polysaccharide of jujube contains antioxidant activity and has important medicinal value. In this paper, the extraction of polysaccharide, the determination of polysaccharide content, and the antioxidation activity of polysaccharides were studied in Lingbao jujube(Zizyphus jujuba L.). The results showed that Zizyphus jujuba polysaccharide had strong ability to eliminate DPPH, hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion.
