摘要 目的:构建微波消解-原子荧光光谱法对大米中砷、汞同时测定。方法:采用微波消解仪消解试样,以原子荧光光谱法对大米中砷、汞同时测定。结果:砷和汞检出限分别为0.022、0.002 5μg/L,加标回收率分别为99.4%~100.4%、98.3%~100.9%,精确度分别为0.84%、1.62%。结论:该方法灵敏度、精密度、准确度较为良好,可满足同时测定大米中砷和汞的要求。 Objective: To construct microwave digestion-atomic fluorescence spectrometry for simultaneous determination of arsenic and mercury in rice. Methods: The samples were digested by microwave ablator and the arsenic and mercury in rice were determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Results: The detection limits of arsenic and Mercury were 0.022, 0.002 5 μg/L, the recovery rates were 99.4% to 100.4%, 98.3% to 100.9%, and the accuracy was 0.84% and1.62%, respectively. Conclusion: This method has good sensitivity, precision and accuracy, and can meet the requirement of simultaneous determination of arsenic and mercury in rice.
