研究玛咖压片糖果工艺步骤,对影响产品质量的工艺及参数进行研究,提出规范化的玛咖压片糖果生产工艺。
The technological process of Maca tablet candy was studied, and the process and parameters affecting product quality were studied. The standardized processing technology of Maca tablet candy was put forward.
