摘要
建立金银花中绿原酸含量测定标准。用HPLC方法测定,以水-甲醇-乙腈-冰醋酸(95∶10∶5∶2)为流动相,327 nm为检测波长。绿原酸平均回收率为97.36%,RSD为0.86%,线性范围为0.107μg/m L^0.642μg/m L。本方法灵敏、准确、稳定可靠、重复性好。
To establish a concentration measurement standards of Weight loss granule. HPLC methord. WaterMethyl alcohol- glacial acetic acid(95 ∶ 10 ∶ 5 ∶ 2)was used as the mobile phase and UV detector was at 327 nm.The average recovery rate of chlorogenic acid is 97.36 % and RSD is 0.86 % 。Linear range is 0.107 μg/m L-0.642 μg/m L。The methord is rapid,accurate,steady and reliable and the repetition is good.
