摘要
用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定秦巴山区香菇中的Mg、Fe、Mn、Zn、Ca 5种微量元素的含量。结果显示:香菇中所含有的各种微量元素含量依次为Mg 2.31 g/kg,Fe 3.18 g/kg,Mn 0.345 g/kg,Zn 5.45 g/kg,Ca 20.715 g/kg;相对标准偏差均小于5%、加标回收率在92.85%~103.10%之间,该法准确度好、精密度高,适合香菇中微量元素的测定。
The amount of Mg,Fe,Mn,Zn and Ca in the mushrooms of Qinba mountain areas was measured by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.The result showed that the amount of Mg,Fe,Mn,Zn and Ca was 2.31g/kg,3.18 g/kg,0.345 g/kg,5.45 g/kg and 20.715 g/kg,respectively.The relative standard deriation was all less than 5 %,and the recovery was 92.85 % to 103.10 %.This method has better accuracy and precision,which is suitable for the determination of trace elements in mushroom.
