摘要
蕨麻含有丰富的维生素及锌、锰、铁、铜、锶等微量元素,具有很高的医疗价值与营养价值。以青海省玉树州所产蕨麻为原料,采用不同的前处理方法湿法消解、干法灰化、微波消解进行比较,并以玉树州样品为例利用目前在检测工作中应用较多的原子吸收分光光度计、原子荧光分光光度计以及电感耦合等离子体质谱仪进行检测,确定最佳方法。
Potentilla anserina is rich in vitamin and trace elements like zinc, manganese, iron, copper, stron-tium, it has high medicina and nutritional value. In this paper, the raw material came from the state of Yushu compared the method of wet digestion, dry-ash, Microwave digestion, take the sample from yushu for example and used atomic absorption spectrometer, atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer by testing, to determine the best method.
