摘要 建立了微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定酒类中矿物质及有毒重金属元素的方法,试验表明:本方法测定酒类元素简便、可靠,准确度和精密度高。使用本方法对葡萄酒、白酒和保健酒3种酒类样品中11种元素进行定量分析,发现不同酒类中钙、镁、铁、锌等元素含量差异较大。 A method for determination of some minerals and toxic heavy metal elements in wine by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) with microwave digestion was developed. The results showed that this method is simple, reliable, and has higher accuracy and precision in the determinnation of wine. Using this method to quantitative analyze 11 inorganic elements in grape wine, white spirits and heath care wine, and it can be found that the three kinds of wine have significant differences in essential mineral elements content, such as calcium, magnesium, iron and zinc.
