摘要
天然酵素是历史悠久的保健食品,其在食品、保健和医药领域均得到人们的广泛认可。近年来的研究发现,天然酵素在运动性食品领域具有广大的发展前景,主要表现为缓解运动性疲劳,抗氧化,改善睡眠,提高免疫力,改善营养性贫血和提高缺氧耐受能力等多种功能。本文就天然酵素在运动性食品中的应用以及市场前景进行综述。
Natural enzyme was an health food with a long history, which were widely recognised in the food, health care and medical field. There were some research found that natural enzymes had broad prospects in sport food, the main function of natural enzyme were show in the alleviate fatigue, antioxidant, improve sleep quali-ty, enhance immunity, cure nutritional anemia and improve the ability of hypoxia tolerance.This paper was re-viewed the application and market prospects of natural enzymes in the sports food.
