摘要
以毛蚶酶解物为研究对象,选用两种蛋白酶水解后的酶解液粉状物和毛蚶原浆粉作为饲料的蛋白质来源,配制人工半合成饲料,以酪蛋白组为对照组,采用对喂法,进行大鼠营养生理功能实验。酶解组的蛋白质真消化率分别为(93.69±0.75)%、(92.85±0.53)%;净利用率分别为(49.81±1.34)%、(46.72±0.62)%,都比未经酶解的原浆组高。
Arca subcrenata enzyme content as the research object,choose two kinds of protease hydrolysis of powdery enzymolysis liquid and powder arca subcrenata virgin pulp as a source of protein feed,preparation of artificial semisynthetic feed,casein group as control group,by using of feed,nutrition physiological function experiment in rats.Protein enzyme unmarshall true digestibility(93.69±0.75)%,(92.85±0.53)% respectively;net utilization of(49.81±1.34)%,(46.72±0.62)%,was higher than without enzymolysis protoplasmic group.
