摘要
采用碳酸氢钠浸提木薯叶中黄酮类化合物,并用Na NO_2-Al(NO_3)_3比色法测定黄酮类化合物的含量。通过Box-Benhnken试验设计及响应面分析法对影响木薯叶浸提黄酮类化合物的主要因素进行条件优化。结果表明最优条件为:加水量30.77 m L/g,浸提温度79.65℃,浸提时间11.82 min,Na HCO_3添加量0.03 g。在此工艺条件下浸提得到的黄酮类化合物含量为1 172.17 mg/100 g。
This paper used sodium bicarbonate to extract flavonoids in cassava leaves,then used Na NO_2-Al(NO_3)_3colorimetric to determine the content of flavonoids.Response surface methodology was successfully applied for optimization of the extraction condition of flavonoids compounds from cassava leaves. The actually maximum mean light transmittance could reach to 1 172.17 mg/100 g when additive amount of water was 30.77 m L/g,the treatment temperature was 79.65 ℃,the treatment time was 11.82 min and additive amount of Na HCO_3was0.03 g.
