摘要
采用微波辅助提取黄精多糖,并研究其抑菌作用。正交试验结果表明:物料粒度、微波辐照功率、微波辐照时间对黄精多糖提取率均有显著影响;确定最佳提取黄精多糖的参数为:物料粒度0.150 mm,料液比1∶30(g/mL),微波辐照功率350 W,微波辐照时间2 min;在最佳的条件下,黄精多糖提取率可达10.57%。通过抑菌试验表明:在适当剂量下,提取的黄精多糖对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和藤黄球菌均具有明显的抑制作用;确定大肠杆菌最低抑菌浓度为2.00%,金黄色葡萄球菌和藤黄球菌最低抑菌浓度均为1.00%。
Microwave-assisted extraction was used to extract polygonatum polysaccharides and its antimicrobial activity was determinated. The results showed that material size,microwave power and microwave time appreciable impact;the optimum conditions were:material size was 0.150 mm,the ratio of material to liquid was 1 ∶30(g/mL),microwave power was 350 W,microwave time was 2 min;under the optimized conditions,the extraction rate of polygonatum polysaccharide could be up to 10.57 %. The experiment of antimicrobial activity showed that polygonatum polysaccharides had evident anti-microbial activities to Escherichia coli、Staphalococcus aureus and Micrococcus luteus;the minimal inhibition concentration(MIC)was 2.00 % for Escherichia coli,was 1.00 % for Staphalococcus aureus and Micrococcus luteus.
