记者近日从在上海举办的"2004糖果行业品牌传播高峰研讨会"上获悉,一个时期以来,对业内影响甚大的所谓"八成国产巧克力不符合新标准"等说法,纯属误导。 据中国食品工业协会糖果专业委员会负责人王海宁介绍:国家标准《巧克力及巧克力制品》(GB/T 19343-2003)只是用来判断巧克力和巧克力制品合格与否,并不能说明其他。虽然标准是参考国际标准制定的,但这不能说明国产巧克力就没几个过关的,也不能认为外资和合资企业的巧克力就因此而具有怎样的优势。
In face of intensified market expansion of foreign chocolate producers headed by Dove and Cadbury, domestic enterprises are struggling for survival. But in a time, a talk that 80% of domestic products cannot reach the new standard gave the consumer wrong thought.
